With ideal weather most of the year this is perfect for Northerners who want to travel south for the warmer weather or as Floridians like to call them, Snowbirds.
Hudson is located about an hour from Tampa and it is the ideal vacation destination for beachgoers, nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, and those who want to have the beach life without as much hustle and bustle. It is nestled between many cities that provide a variety of activities for our guest to enjoy.

The unit is located near parks, beaches and restaurants. Other areas 20 to 55 miles away consist of places such as Chrystal River, Tarpon Springs, Spring Hill, New Port Richey, Sponge Docks, Weekie Wachee Springs, and Clearwater Beach.
If you are looking to enjoy outdoor activities, water activities and do all of this in a peaceful safe environment, look no further. We do recommend renting a car to provide the best experience while you are visiting.

What you can expect with your stay
The Unit features: This Gulf front condo at Gulf Island Beach and Tennis Club is located on the 3rd floor on a relaxing and peaceful property. You have the entire fully furnished condo to relax in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with calming gulf views and beautiful sunsets. This unit has room for up to 4 guest with 1 king size bed and a sofa bed. Equipped with all your at-home essentials to ensure your experience is enjoyable. This unit has a modern beach feel with high end finishes to welcome you to a waterfront oasis. Enjoy using complementary wifi, toiletries, towels, linens, central air conditioning and if you happen to get chilly in the evening there is a fireplace to warm you up. Laundry facilities are located on the following floors: 2nd and 4th ($4 per load to wash & dry). This location is perfect for couples as well as solo and business travelers. Whether you are enjoying the balcony from the living room or bedroom, both offer the amazing Gulf views.
The complex features: Tennis courts, heated pool (depth 4’-5.5’), private lagoon trail, 24/7 guard, large clubhouse, fitness center, along with a game room (pool table, ping pong and library). It also has tennis/pickleball courts and a conference center. Please adhere to the facility rules.
Parking: Community parking lot (first-come, first-served). Vehicles must be parked outside of the garage areas. You are limited to 2 outside parking spaces. Photo ID is required upon check-in through the 24/7 gated and staffed security to enter onto the island.
